DAPL parent company Energy Transfer has a horrendous safety track record, has been found guilty of a host of felonies, and should be kicked off our homelands based on Article One of the 1868 Treaty of Fort Laramie, otherwise known as the Bad Man Clause. It’s time for the government to respect treaty law and put an end to the Black Snake.
