Greetings Chairman Azure,

I send you a heartfelt handshake and hope this finds you in the best of health. I am responding to a July 31 letter sent by a Mr. James Decoteau, a member of your Administrative staff. Your Nation has offered one of your White Buffalo’s to Standing Rock and we are humbled to accept this gift. This action demonstrates your love and commitment to the Tribal Nations in North Dakota.

I applaud the Turtle Mountain’s efforts to provide a very precious and important gift to all our generation yet to come. We believe this gift embodies our commitment to solidarity and mutual respect between our nations. We look forward in arranging the ceremony of sharing the off spring of the White Buffalo.
