As Chair, I am calling a Special meeting regarding: REGULAR TRIBAL COUNCIL MEETING, April 4, 2024. MOTION #109. “Motion was made by Alice Bird Horse, seconded by Cyril Archambault, to approve to ban South Dakota Governor – Kristi Noem, from the boundaries of the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation and to get our flag back.”
Tribal Chambers on April 16, 2024 @ 10:00 AM.
IO highly encourage the SOUTH DAKOTA Tribal Council Representatives attend this Special Meeting.

OUR OFFICE WILL RELEASE THE ECIP2 IN THE AMOUNT OF $400 ON MONDAY, APRIL 8TH. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BEEN APPROVED FOR LIHEAP, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO FILL OUT ANOTHER APPLICATION FOR THE ECIP. DELIVERIES ARE SCHEDULED AT THE DISCRETION OF VENDORS.
A SUMMER FILL WILL BE RELEASED THE SECOND WEEK OF JULY TO CLOSE OUT THE 2023 – 2024 LIHEAP SEASON.
AS A REMINDER, LIHEAP IS A SUPPLEMENTAL PROGRAM AND IS NOT INTENDED TO SUPPORT 100% OF YOUR ANNUAL FUEL COSTS.
