Attached please find the multi-volume report of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, entitled Call for the Shutdown of the Dakota Access Pipeline and Comments on the Army Corps of EngineersDraft Environmental Impact Statement. Standing Rock’s concerns with DAPL warrant serious consideration by the Corps of Engineers, especially as they relate to the 1851 and 1868 Fort Laramie Treaties, and the health and safety of Tribal members.

entitled to two (2) hours of administrative leave on Monday, January 22, 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:00
AM. You must be in an approved leave status prior to, and after the granted administrative leave to receive.
Please refer to KLND for any weather related announcements.

BIA SRST Security Announcement

Be aware that escapee Kendall White Tail has not yet been apprehended. He is considered armed and dangerous. A poster with his picture is attached.

Be aware of your surroundings at all times. If he is seen, do not approach. Instead, immediate contact Standing Rock BIA Law Enforcement Services at (701) 854-7241 and report the time and location of the sighting.

Please be informed all Tribal Employees need to utilize Employee Badges. There is no lockdown, however, due to the search still ongoing. The building will have a heightened security all employees and guests will utilize the North Center door.
